Defintions
We, Us, I, are all reference to ‘Dream Lab Cycles’.
POS relates to Point of Sale, where payment is made by a payment service provided, or previously arranged between customer and Dream Lab Cycles.
ACL is reference to The Australian Consumer Law, which sets out the different consumer guarantees that you as a customer are entitled to.
-Payment
We accept all methods of payment available in Checkout.
If you wish to provide payment in another manner, please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page located at the bottom of the home page on the footer menu.
-Delivery and Timing
We provide postage on all items purchased on the website, unless arranged for collection of goods prior to POS.
We provide worldwide shipping, and reserve the right to contact you regarding postage to your delivery address if the postage price is excessive compared to the price charged for postage.
If you wish to make up the difference cost of postage, you will be afforded that opportunity, or alternately, a full refund will be offered.
Postage times once shipped is out of our control. There are currently delays within the postage system, however we will make every effort to provide you with tracking numbers as soon as possible after POS.
Every effort will be made for all “In Stock” items to be posted at the earliest opportunity, and within 48 hours, or the next available business day.
Our primary postage service provider is Australia Post.
-Returns and Exchanges
All of our Returns and Exchange are in line with the ACL.
Some of the ACL guarantees include that your product must:
be of acceptable quality;
match the descriptions made in the advertising of the product; and
meet any impressions which have made on the products performance, condition and quality.

-Change of Mind
Under the ACL there is no right for a customer to return a product just because they have changed their mind.
We will not provide returns for ‘Change of Mind’ reasons after an order has been processed.
-Warranties
If a product fails prematurely, an assessment will be made of the product once it has been returned to Dream Lab Cycles.
This assessment will take into account any care instructions for the garment/product, if the product has been used in accordance with its general use, and that the item has been cared for in a reasonable manner.
